Masterclass: Alliance Ruptures & Difficult Moments and Therapy
Therapeutic alliance ruptures are inevitable, yet they often represent some of the most stressful moments for clinicians. However, when handled with skill and awareness, these difficult moments can become profound opportunities for therapeutic growth.
We are pleased to invite you to an experiential masterclass designed to strengthen your capacity to navigate these complex dynamics.
What You Will Learn
This one-day online workshop focuses on practical skills and self-reflection. By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Distinguish the source: Learn to differentiate between client-driven and therapist-driven ruptures.
- Deepen Self-Awareness: Develop a greater awareness of your own emotional reactions during challenging sessions.
- Build Resilience: Increase your tolerance for uncertainty and discomfort, cultivating humility and professional resilience.
- Repair Effectively: Acquire specific skills to repair therapeutic ruptures and attend to subtle changes in the alliance.
