As a counselling psychologist and executive coach, Petra combines global insight with trauma-informed, experiential therapy to support adults through professional, emotional, and life transitions.
Petra draws on her rich background in both organizational leadership and psychology to accompany clients with depth, empathy, and practical wisdom. As a former executive coach and people-and-culture leader in multinational environments, she combines a deep professional understanding with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support individuals navigating complex emotional and organizational challenges.
Her approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and experiential—drawing from both Eastern and Western modalities. Petra blends talk therapy with mind-body and creative techniques, tailoring each process to the client’s needs. She works with young adults and adults, supporting them through professional stress, burnout, life transitions, trauma recovery, and identity exploration.
Petra holds two Master’s degrees: one in Psychosocial Counseling and another in Art Therapy and Special Education for emotionally, behaviourally, and physically challenged individuals. She is certified in EMDR, trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Somatic practices into her work.
A registered Member of the Swiss Association for Counselling (SGfB), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a Professional Member of the American Counselling Association (ACA), Petra also holds an ICF Executive Coaching certification (CPCC) and continues to coach senior leaders on performance, resilience, and self-awareness.
