As a counselling psychologist, Sophie offers an integrative and humanistic space to explore identity, belonging, and life transitions across cultures and life stages.
Her approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and unconditional positive regard—creating the conditions for meaningful change to unfold when we feel truly seen and accepted.
Having lived in seven countries across three continents, Sophie brings a rich intercultural perspective to her work. Her path to counselling has been shaped by her experiences as a third-culture kid, former hospitality professional, trailing spouse, and mother of two. These lived experiences inform her deep understanding of cultural identity, belonging, emotional resilience, and life’s many transitions.
Sophie supports individuals seeking clarity, connection, and guidance through times of change—whether in adolescence, early adulthood, midlife, parenthood, or career transition. Using an integrative approach, she draws from Emotion-Focused Therapy, cognitive and behavioural modalities, and holistic mind–body perspectives to meet each person where they are.
Sophie holds a Master’s in Counselling from Webster University Geneva and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Open University (UK). Guided by her interest in neuroscience and the mind–body connection, she weaves lifestyle awareness—around sleep, nutrition, and digital balance—into her work to foster emotional and psychological well-being.
