As an art therapist specialized in dramatherapy, and sexologist in training, Valentine uses art, movement, and therapeutic dialogue, to promote meaningful change rooted in self-discovery and embodied awareness.

Certified in art therapy and accredited by the RME, with a specialization in drama and talk therapy through ARTECURA, Valentine has been practicing since 2014 in various institutions across the Canton of Vaud. Her work has brought her into contact with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing burnout and rehabilitation, people with intellectual disabilities, children, adults, older adults, and individuals living with dementia.

Through these professional experiences, combined with her personal journey as an artist, Valentine has developed a deep conviction that the intentional use of art and body movement for therapeutic purposes can significantly enhance both mental and physical well-being.

Since expanding her practice into sexology, Valentine has dedicated her work to supporting individuals in developing greater self-awareness and advancing their psycho-sexual and bodily understanding. Using approaches based on pacing and leading, she accompanies clients through meaningful and lasting personal change.

Valentine’s practice is open to anyone wishing to explore, nurture, empower, and fulfill their sexuality, their relationship with their body, and their intimacy. Her approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective that respects relational, gender, sexual, erotic, cultural, and bodily diversity.
