Metamorphosis is a private group practice led by Dr. Catalina Woldarsky Meneses, clinical psychologist and certified Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) trainer and supervisor. Based in Epesses, Switzerland, with additional locations and online services, we offer compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals, couples, adolescents and families.

Our team of culturally sensitive therapists provides services in English, French, and Spanish. We specialize in supporting a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties.
